Talks and posters
After registration submit the short abstract to
Your abstract should be submitted as a Word file and the file name should be [LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME.doc/docx].
All abstracts will be reviewed and considered for presentation.
The number of oral presentation is limited and depending on the interest some might be presented as posters.

The abstract must include the title, the author name(s), institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s).
The presenting author should be underlined.
A maximum of 300 words is allowed, excluding title and affiliations.
Abstracts cannot include figures, images, or tables.

Poster format: max size A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm)

Presentations will be uploaded to the presentation computer in the breaks before sessions. Please have your presentation ready on a USB stick in one of the following formats:
ppt, pptx, pdf (also please use your surname for filename).

The registration fee (40 EUR) will be collected at the registration desk before the beginning of the meeting. This entitles participants to two lunches at hotel Slon (Wednesday and Thursday). Invited MC members will be able to get reimbursements for meals from the COST organisation.

The conference dinner will be held at the restaurant located inside the Ljubljana Castle walls ("Gostilna Na Gradu") on Wednesday, February 1st 2016. Participation fee for registered attendees (40 EUR) will be collected at the registration desk. The fee covers funicular ticket to the Castle Hill, three course dinner and wines from Slovenian wine cellars.

Deadline for COST Action Annual Meeting registration and abstract submission is December 31th 2016.

Training School "Modelling in systems biology" registration information
For the Training School registration please fill out and submit the Training School Registration Form.

After registration please prepare a short CV (max one page) and a short motivation letter (max half page) and send it to

Maximum 20 participants will be accepted due to the practical nature of the training school. Participants have to bring their own laptop computer. Instructions for installing the software and materials needed for the training school will be shared with participants by email.

The training school is intended for early stage researchers (PhD students, postdocs). The participants will be selected by the training school scientific committee based on the provided CV and motivation letter.
FA1405 action members can claim a fixed amount of 380 EUR to contribute to their travel and accommodation expenses after the meeting, unless they already receive reimbursement for their travel expenses from the concurrent Annual Meeting. In the latter case they can claim only an extra night accommodation and lunch/dinner if necessary (max 140 EUR).

There is no registration fee for the training school.
Lunch will be available at the venue in the faculty cantina at your own expense.
