Visa is not required for citizens of European Union, North America, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. If in doubt, please check!

Please note that according to the conference policy
we send Letters of invitation and Letters of guarantee
only to registered authors/presenters of accepted abstracts/papers.

We advise you to check the conditions on  Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RS web page under the  Entry and residence. Select link "Representations abroad" and enter your county name or select the continent and country. Check the subsection "Information / For foreign citizens" at the end of page.

If visa for foreign citizens is required, contact the nearest Slovenian embassy or consulate responsible for your country and follow the instructions for visa application

IMPORTANT:
To process the visa application, we will have to issue the "Letter of guarantee", for which we will need additional information. Please fill mark "Visa required - Yes" on the registration form and you will be asked for additional information required to issue a "Letter of guarantee".

Please note that the procedure might be rather long so be sure to apply for visa early enough to get it on time.
