INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
Planned time for a contributed talk is 20 minutes, including introduction
and discussion, so prepare your talks accordingly (upper limit of 15 min is
recommended).
Invited speakers have 50 minutes for a talk, including introduction
and discussion.
Standard equipment will be placed in each presentation hall:
- Windows XP based computer with
Office 2007 and
Adobe Acrobat
- LCD/data projector
- screen
PowerPoint presentations and presentations in PDF format will be
supported.
Use of your own computer is not recommended. Contact us in advance if you
really need your own equipment/software.
Presentations have to be uploaded at the
registration desk at least one break before your session starts. The
sooner the better, please take care to come to the registration desk and
check your presentationon time and contribute to the smooth program flow.
Name
the presentation as AS2012_FirstAuthorLastName and bring them to the
registration desk on virus free a USB stick (or CD).
Please make your presence known to the session chair before your session
starts and be present during the entire session in which your presentation
is scheduled. We would like do encourage you to attend as many sessions
as possible and be active in discussions - your presence will be
appreciated by presenters and will contribute to the success of the
conference. Please take care to have name tags visible at all
sessions and AS2012 events. |
