International conference Applied Statistics 2011
is organized by Statistical
Society of Slovenia and
University of Ljubljana in cooperation with
Statistical Office of RS.
AS2011 is sponsored by the
Slovenian Research
Agency (ARRS).
AIMS AND SCOPE
The annual conferences of methodologists and statisticians were
established in 1982. First conferences were organized in Bled and then
for several years in Preddvor and Ljubljana. Since 2005 the conferences are
organized in Ribno. Following the very successful conference in
2010, the 2011 conference will be again organized in
Hotel Ribno in a vicinity of the magnificent Lake Bled.

Advances in
Methodology and Statistics, a peer-reviewed journal of Statistical
Society of Slovenia. For info contact the
