VISA
Visa is not required for citizens of European Union,
North America, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries.
Please note that according to the conference policy we send
Letters of invitation and Letters of guarantee
only to registered authors/presenters of accepted abstracts/papers.
We advise you to check the conditions on
Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of the RS web page and their
Visa section page.
Select link "Embassies,
diplomatic missions and consulates ..." and enter your county name
or select the continent and
country. Check the subsection "Information / For foreign citizens" at the
end of page.
If visa for foreign citizens is required, contact the nearest Slovenian embassy or
consulate responsible for your country (listed on the top of the page you
opened or listed in the
list of Slovenian embassies - pdf) and follow the
instructions for visa application
 IMPORTANT:
To process the visa application, we will have to issue the Letter of
guarantee, for which we will need additional informations. Please fill mark
"Visa reguired-Yes" on the registration form
and you will be asked for additional information required for Letter of
guarantee issue.
Please note that the procedure might be rather long so be sure to
apply for visa early enough to get it on time.
