INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
Planned time for a contributed talk is 20 minutes, including introduction
and discussion, so prepare your talks accordingly (upper limit of 15 min is
recommended).
Invited speakers have 50 minutes for a talk, including introduction
and discussion.
Standard equipment will be placed in each presentation hall:
- Windows XP based computer with
Office 2007 and
Adobe Acrobat
- LCD/data projector
- overhead projector
- screen
PowerPoint presentations and presentations in PDF format will be
supported.
Use of your own computer is not recommended. Contact us in advance if you
really need your own equipment/software.
To be sure that your presentation will work, we
encourage you to send electronic presentations by e-mail in advance (name
the attached file as AS2009_FirstAuthorLastName). By sending your
presentation in advance you contribute to the smooth conference flow.
Send
presentation to the conference e-mail address and cc to andrej.blejec@nib.si
(before Friday, 18 ) or bring it with you.
Possibilities to upload from CD and USB memory sticks at the
location will also be provided. Take care to upload your presentation at the
reception desk at least on a break before your session starts.
Let us know if you will bring your presentation on a different medium.
Please make your presence known to the session chair before your session
starts and be present during the entire session in which your presentation
is scheduled. |
