If you wish to participate at the conference please
complete and submit the Registration Form.
Presenting authors are advised to register as early as possible, especially
if they need a visa.
You can also register by printing and filling the
Registration form.
Send filled form by fax, mail or e-mail to the
conference address.
The abstract
should be sent using the abstract submission
form not later than
June 1, 2015.
REGISTRATION FEE
(presenting authors should pay the fee before August 15)
The conference fee includes conference organization, refreshments during
breaks, LUNCHES (Mon, Tue, Wed) and Sunday evening reception. Participants will receive the
originally signed and stamped proof of payment by the end of the conference at the registration desk.

Upon their arrival participants will get the Book of Abstracts and the
detailed Conference Program.
Presentations will be included in the program
only if registration fee for presenting author is
paid before August 15.
Only the abstracts of presented papers will be included in the final version
of the Book of Abstracts which will be available on the conference web site.
Cancellation and refund:
Registration fee (minus 30EUR for administrative expenses)
is refunded if participation is cancelled prior to August 15. For
cancellations after that date, no refund will be given under any
circumstances.
