INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
Planned time for a contributed talk is 20 minutes, including introduction
and discussion, so prepare your talks accordingly (upper limit of 15 min is
recommended).
Invited speakers have 50 minutes for a talk, including introduction
and discussion.
Standard equipment will be placed in each presentation hall:
- Windows XP based computer with
Office 2003 and
Adobe Acrobat
- LCD/data projector
- overhead projector
- screen
PowerPoint presentations and presentations in pdf format will be
supported.
Use of your own computer is not recommended. Contact us in advance if you
really need your own equipment/software.
To be sure that your presentation will work, we
encourage you to send electronic presentations by e-mail in advance (name
the attached file as AS2008_FirstAuthorLastName). By sending your
presentation in advance you contribute to the smooth conference flow.
Send
presentation (before Friday, 21 ) or bring it with you.
Possibilities to upload from CD and USB memory sticks at the
location will also be provided.
Let us know if you will bring your presentation on a different medium.
Please make your presence known to the session chair before your session
starts and be present during the entire session in which your presentation
is scheduled. |
